[Halld-tagger] TPOL simulation data ready

Hello Mike, Sebastian,

The TPOL simulation results for the analyzing power for running at 11.6 GeV
endpoint are now posted online. The details about these data are on the
wiki at the link below.

Even though the amount of computing to generate these was large (~1M cpu
hours), the final volume of the dataset is not bad, only about 2GB for each
of the 75um and 750um converter sims. I hope this comes in time for you to
use it for your report on Friday.
