[Halld-tagger] rho beam asymmetry from 2018-01 ver15

Alex,
These data are valuable in trying to understand how drifts in the diamond
edge sharpness factor into our physics performance. Is it possible to get
these fit result data in the form of a tree? Just the fit parameters and
their errors as a function of run number would be great, if possible.
