[Halld-tagger] TPOL data

Hi All,
a concern was raised this morning that the long tail of the tpol signals
could blind the readout.
this is not the case. If the samples at the beginning of the window are
above threshold it whole
wave form is read out. The algorithm on the fpga may evaluate some
parameters wrong but the
whole wave from is still there for analysis.
I scanned through the data to fined instances of a decaying tail with a
signal on top and could
not find any for the 75 micron radiator data. I did find an instance
with the 750 micron radiator.
see attached plot, but it is very rare.
