[Halld-tagger] [New Logentry] Preliminary rho polarization for low-energy running

I used about 80% of the first full cycle of the 4 orientation to estimate the rho decay asymmetry. Taking into account the 6th cycle, these data amount to about 13% of the recorded polarized sample.

The plots below show the result for the beam energy between 6.5 and 7 GeV. Assuming Sigma to be around 0.9, this result is consistent with the expected beam polarzation of about 60%.
