[Halld-tagger] photon beam working group meeting (exceptional time this week)

Dear Photon Beam WG,

Our regular WG time slot on Monday this week was blocked due to the
holiday. I would like to request that we meet on Wednesday, same time, so
we can keep pace with developments in the TPOL polarimetry, among other
things. I have placed a draft agenda for tomorrow in the usual place on the
wiki, linked below.
