[Halld-tagger] photon beam working group

Hello all,

Thanks to those who were able to join the photon working group meeting
yesterday. It was a short meeting, with a brief update on the results from
the diamond radiator rocking curve scans at Saskatoon in June from me, and
a progress report on 2018 TPOL production from Mike Dugger.

Sorry the agenda for the meeting was posted just a few minutes before the
meeting started. If the meeting is canceled, a notice should have gone out
well in advance stating that fact, although I understand that in the case
of my sudden disappearance or demise, there might not have been advance
notice! As it turns out, that was not the case.

The next meeting will be on July 22, Monday at 11:30 EDT. The agenda for
the next meeting has been posted on the wiki at the link below. Please
update as needed.
