[Halld-tagger] [EXTERNAL] reminder: photon beam working group today

Hello all,

Please remember our biweekly photon beam working group meeting today,
starting at 1:30EDT. I will be showing results from the bias voltage scan
of the active collimator that Hovanes and I did last week, that showed the
amazing effect that a small bias has on the response of this device. Other
updates and presentations are welcome. Please add your items and links to
the agenda, posted in the usual place on the wiki and linked below.
