[Halld-tagger] [EXTERNAL] photon beam working group mtg today at 1:30 EST

Dear Colleagues,

Today is the scheduled day for the biweekly photon beam working group
meeting, and I have heard from Beni that he has learned something new
regarding the tagger accidentals scaling factors in 2020 data that we have
had difficulty extracting. Now we think we may know why. We will also
review the resolution that Justin announced at an earlier meeting to the
problem of inconsistent/irregular flux factors at the low end of the TAGH
for some run periods.
