[Halld-tagger] [EXTERNAL] photon beam working group mtg

Hello all,

I have not heard of any pressing updates for the photon beam working group
to discuss this week. So in view of the Software Trends in NP Workshop that
is going on right now, I propose that we skip this week's Photon Beam WG
meeting, normally scheduled for this afternoon at 1:30. I look forward to
seeing you all in two weeks.
