[Halld-tagger] [EXTERNAL] photon beam working group

Hello all,

This is a reminder of our regular bieweekly photon beam working group
meeting today at 1:30 EDT. Beni has noticed something unexpected in his
work on uniqueness counting that has a beam energy dependence that I think
our working group should have a look at. If there has been progress on BH
polarimetry work or other of the ongoing systematics studies it would be
good to hear about those as well, as it has been nearly a month since we
last met. I have posted a draft agenda in the usual place, linked below.
Please update as desired.
