[Halld-tagger] [EXTERNAL] biweekly photon beam meeting tomorrow at 2:00

Dear colleagues,

Tomorrow is the regular biweekly photon beam meeting, starting at 2:00pm.
This is the last meeting before the up-coming run at CLS to take
rocking-curve scans of new diamond radiators, so part of the purpose
will be to present the goals for the run. This is a good time to review the
inventory of the new diamond samples we have to work with, and what choices
we have for running in 2022. Updates are welcome from anyone who would like
to present. Please feel free to add items to the draft agenda, linked below.
