[Halld-tagger] [EXTERNAL] photon beam working group mtg

Happy New Year!

The calendar shows that our regular biweekly photon beam working group
meeting is today at 1:30. Does anyone have an update that they would be
ready to present? My own homework from the last meeting is to dig back into
the past 1.5 year history of our codebase and ccdb to find what changes
have taken place in the photon beam energy calibration that might explain
the changes that Mike sees in his polarization fit results between the
original and more recent TPOL analysis of fall 2018 data. I still need to
complete that homework, and communicate it back to Mike so he can use it as
part of his investigation. That is the update from my end. Are there any
others?
