[Halld-tagger] [EXTERNAL] biweekly photon beam wg mtg

Dear Colleagues,

Please remember our regular biweekly Photon Beam WG meeting starting today
at 1:30 EST. A draft agenda has been posted in the usual place on the wiki,
linked below. Please update as desired. Elton has requested a discussion of
the plans for reconfiguring the tagger to run at a coherent edge at 6 GeV.
Other topics and updates are welcome.
