[Halld-tagger] [EXTERNAL] generated BH pair samples

Hello Andrew,
I generated a couple of large BetheHeitler samples for you to look at, each
with a specific set of features.
1. BHgen -- 10G events with weights corresponding to cross section, such
that the average weight over any subset of the events is the corresponding
partial cross section (ub) for the final states corresponding to these
cuts. If you want an unweighted sample, you need to run an accept/reject
pass over these events.
- pairs vertex generator: Dirac++ library, all diagrams at tree level
- output format: hddm_s
- number of events per file: ~240k, event numbers 1...1M, beam
photons that are lost on the collimator are suppressed.
- polarization mixed: eventNo=1..500,000 : 90 degrees (perp, 100%
linear), eventNo=500,001..1,000,000 : 0 (para, 100% linear)

where X=10000, 10100, 10200, 10300, ... 19900, each contains events from
100 output files BHgen_NNNNN.hddm captured in a root tree.
2. Bernard -- 10G events unweighted, all events have weight=1 assigned
in the output file.
- pairs vertex generator: cern G4 library (G4BetheHeitler5DModel
class, based on work by Bernard, uses polarization formula from Berlin
paper).
- output format: hddm_s
- number of events per file: ~240k, event numbers 1...1M, beam
