[Halld-tagger] [EXTERNAL] biweekly meeting today at 1:30EDT

Dear colleagues,

Please remember our photon beam biweekly meeting that starts today at
1:30EDT. One highlight will be an update from Andrew Schick on his analysis
of the azimuthal dependence of Bethe Heitler pair production. Progress
reports on all fronts related to beam properties and related systematics in
our data are welcome. I have posted a draft agenda at the usual place on
