[Halld-tagger] [EXTERNAL] photon beam working group biweekly meeting today

Dear colleagues,

Please remember our biweekly photon working group meeting taking place
today starting at 1:30 EDT on bluejeans. Beni has an update regarding his
work on determining the accidentals scaling factors across the full range
of run periods since the start of GlueX. I hope we will have updates from
other ongoing studies as well, including work on the BH azimuthal asymmetry
by Andrew and flux systematics by Sasha. New wiki pages will also be shown
detailing what is involved in moving the tagger microscope to other
positions on the focal plane.

A draft agenda has been posted in the usual place on the wiki, linked
below. Please update as needed.
