[Halld-tagger] [EXTERNAL] photon beam working group mtg tomorrow

Hello all,

I am participating in a workshop tomorrow afternoon and will be unable to
chair the biweekly
Photon Beam group meeting tomorrow. Are there items that should be reported
to the group before the collaboration meeting?

A follow-up question would be if there are results from our work that are
ripe enough to present to the collaboration meeting in two weeks? Mike?
Andrew? Sasha? There should probably be at least one presentation giving an
update on our work toward a photon beam systematics overview document.
