[Halld-tagger] [EXTERNAL] photon beam meeting today at 3:00

Hello,

Please remember our biweekly photon beam meeting this afternoon starting at
3:00pm today. We hope to hear a report on the work done by the Arizona
group on the TPOL, and see a demo of the new diamond rocking curve scan
tool that provides a near-realtime estimate of the polarization and
enhancement spectra expected using the new radiators JD70-103, JD70-106,
JD70-107, and JD70-109. Other reports are welcome. A draft agenda has been
placed on the wik in the usual place, please update as needed.
