[Halld-tagger] [EXTERNAL] biweekly photon beam / tagger working group mtg today at 3:00

Hello all,

I would propose that we get together at our regular time this afternoon to discuss ongoing work related to the photon beam and tagger. Our group is now putting the finishing touches on a comprehensive document describing the procedures for changing the microscope over from running at one energy to another. One of the goals of our scheduled visit to the lab in January is to make sure this information is transmitted to someone else at the lab, so that we do not find ourselves in a similar situation to the one we had in August where we were dependent on the availability of one person Ellie who had a scheduling conflict with the changeover time. Our group has also been working hard to get the fiber fusing apparatus back online so we can repair the broken fiber bundle and restore the TAGM to the full complement of 102 columns, up from the present 96.
