[Halld-tagger] [EXTERNAL] photon beam meeting today canceled

I have a conflict during the usual time 3:00-4:00 for the biweekly photon beam meeting this week. Given that last week's meeting was brief, I propose that we cancel this week's meeting and meet again in two weeks. If there are updates to share, I would ask that these be distributed by email.
