[Halld-tagger] [EXTERNAL] tomorrow's photon beam meeting is canceled

Hello,

I have heard from the principal players in the photon beam working group.
Each of us continues to work on our particular beam-related topics of
inquiry, but it seems that there is nothing ready for presentation to the
larger group at this moment. Let's cancel this week's meeting. Hope to see
you all at the collaboration meeting.
