[Halld-tagger] [EXTERNAL] photon beam working group this morning at 10:00

Hello all,

This is a reminder of the biweekly photon beam working group meeting this
morning at 10:00. I have a tentative agenda on the wiki. I have a new
result on the fraction of FADC250 hits in the TAGM that survive all quality
cuts to be DTAGMHits, and qualify as DBeamPhotons. The loss of these pulses
is quite large even at modest rates. Strategies that might enable us to
recover these tags will be discussed. Other topics are welcome.
