[Halld-tagger] [EXTERNAL] meeting of the photon beam working group on 10-30

Hello GlueX colleagues,

After a long period without any meetings, I would like to request a
resumption of regular meetings of the Photon Beam working group because we
have some new beam-related developments to discuss, such as circular
polarization and circular polarimetry, efficiency and resolution of tagging
GlueX III intensity, evolution of tagger time resolution over the lifetime
of the GlueX, as well as things that others have been working on related to
the beam that I don't know about.

I wonder if we can use the Wednesday 2:00 pm slot that is presently used by
the Calibration and Production meeting, on the alternate weeks? If that is
already in use by someone else, how about the Wednesday 3:00pm slot?
