[Halld-tagger] [GlueX] [EXTERNAL] meeting of the photon beam working group on 10-30

Hello all,
In response to Peter's request to have the Photon Beam working group
earlier in the day, I wonder if the time slot on Thursdays at 11:00
alternate to the Biweekly Meeting might work better?
