[Halld-tagger] [EXTERNAL] Re: meeting of the photon beam working group

Let's go ahead and settle on next Thursday, August 7 at 10:00AM EDT for the
next Photon Beam working group meeting. The primary focus of the meeting
will be on preparations for the upcoming low-energy (4GeV endpoint) run.
