[Halld-tagger] [EXTERNAL] meeting tomorrow at 10:00

Hello all,

Does the regularly scheduled Photon Beam working group meeting slot work
for tomorrow morning? I know the time slot will conflict with the biweekly
meeting going forward. For tomorrow, we have updates to share, and I want
to show a preliminary draft of the TAGM upgrade conceptual design document
that I promised to write last week.
