I am finally back in production. Here is a first look at the focal
plane endpoint region with counters spanning equal energy widths of
30 MeV, starting at a photon energy of 11.88 GeV. The first
"sensible" counter is number 7, which begins at 11.7 GeV, but the
goal of this study is to see whether we can extend closer to the
endpoint.
The x axis scale is position relative to the nominal end of the
focal plane, using the drawings sent by Alex. Note that the 11.70
GeV ray crosses the focal plane very close to x=0, as it should.
The circles represent 1-inch-diameter PMTs.
