Notes

      * Target volume of 0.4 l of liquid hydrogen expands to about 1000 l
        at STP.
      * Hall B pumps on scattering chamber with turbo pump all the time.
      * Jim added [6]Lakeshore Cernox temperature sensors at various
        heights.
           + Chris requested that they be removable, to replace defective
             ones.
      * Chris recommends the [7]Lakeshore Model 218 8-channel temperature
        monitor read-out unit.
      * System should be able to liquefy helium-4, taking it down to 3 K.
      * Jim will look into adding a relief tube to by-pass normal feed in
        case of boil off of target liquid.
