[Halld-tracking-hw] cdc endplate radiation dose

Hi,

I put an estimate of a radiation dose
induced by em background at the downstream
cdc endplate to

http://www.jlab.org/~somov/cdc_dose/cdc_dose.pdf

As expected, the dose is found to be small, < 1 kRad
for one year (10^7 sec) of GlueX operation
at high-luminosity (the dose is plotted as a radial
distance from the beamline)

Note: radiation induced by hadronic interactions
       is expected to be smaller than that of the
       em background
