           * Wire winding options: IUCF, JLab using UVA equipment, or using
             SSC winding machine (Lubomir, Bill, Brian)
    2. Updates on:
           * Electronics: finalizing the PCB design (Fernando, Kim)
           * Cathode redesign (Bill, Roger)
           * Tests of the new frame prototype (Lubomir)
    3. Full scale prototype
           * Three-layer HV tests (Beni)
           * Preparations for cosmics tests
