[Halld-tracking-hw] Lamina Straws

  Hi Everyone -

   we will be reporting on the new straws at the meeting tomorrow, but they
look very good. The new packing is much better and the scratches have been
removed. We have also checked 108 of the 250 that were shipped. Of the 108,
104 passed inspection.

    We are quite happy with these straws!!!
