Hi Tim,
We have discussed the spacer stud (stud for tube-spacer drawing D00000-01-02-2016) and would like the following, please:
diameter of piece going into support rod to be 0.3125 with tolerance +0 and - 0.001 inches;
machine the piece starting from 0.5 inch stainless steel (not 0.375") to leave a shoulder at least 0.125 inch thick on the outside of the endplate (so that the teflon washer can be used between the two).
The teflon washer will be 0.05 inches thick so this might require the length of the rod to be reduced.
