[Halld-tracking-hw] meeting time

Hi Everyone -

   ok, lets shoot for Tuesday. Due to the weather, they have closed CMU 
again
for tomorrow. Thus, I don't think that the meeting will make a lot of sense
tomorrow. We are also expecting another 6-8 inches of snow tomorrow, so
at this point I am not sure when campus will open again. I have never seen
this much snow in my life.....
