Hi Yves,
here in the US they might be called different by at DESY we used usually
either a PT100 or PT1000 to measure temperature. They usually come in
different packages depending on your application. We usually used them
bare meaning the are not packaged and are a little fragile. The sensor is
on a ceramic with 5mm length 2mm width.
