[Halld-tracking-hw] Straw tubes

Hi Curtis,

I just got off the phone with Patrick Hester from Lamina. The straws are 
packed in a plastic lined case and separated into compartments of 36 
straws(6x6). He is confident that this will not cause any damage to the 
straws.

Also, attached are pictures of some samples. They have successfully 
gotten rid of the scratches. They did notice that when they handled the 
samples with bare hands, there were more holes (starry night) in areas 
where fingerprints were. They will be handling all straws with gloves. 
The third picture shows what appears to be markings from a fingerprint.

The crate is planned to ship tomorrow morning.
