[Halld-tracking-hw] CDC components

Good morning!

Our new technician - Amy Woodhall - started work this morning and is 
busy reaming the C endplate holes... we also have 3 students here and 
need to do some forward planning... please could you give me a heads up 
as to when we can expect to see the plastic components, next batch of 
straws and the inner shell?   A rough idea (likely month) would be 
helpful if you do not know more exactly, I imagine the plastic cpts 
should not be too long.
