Hi Naomi,

I am still puzzled by the fact that your amplitude plots show a limit at 
~2200 channels. Could this be because of a combination of the shaper 
offset and the dynamic range of the ADC you have?

If I understand your setup, the ADC has a negative polarity range (-1V?) 
and the output from the shaper has positive-going pulses into the ADC. 
You set the shaper offset negative so that the baseline is at the 
highest scale of the ADC and a large pulse would underflow. You then 
perform the subtraction off line. Is this correct?
