[Halld-tracking-hw] ASIC meeting

Hi Curtis and all,

The overall agenda is as follows for the CDC & FDC ASIC meeting:

1. Status
a-gas gain
b-efficiency
c-plateau
d-amplitude and energy histograms with cosmics & Fe-55
e-scaling to experiment
2. Remaining tests, if any.
3. Schedule to completion
4. Impact to:
a-detector tests
b-to installation.

I would like to go over these items for both the CDC and the FDC. As I 
suggested earlier, please review the material in GlueX-docs 1070, 1079 
and 1364.

Please add more details as necessary.
