[Halld-tracking-hw] some preliminary results for the FDC & ADC125

Hi,
	I have posted some preliminary results from testing the ADC125 on the FDC setup 
at http://www.iucf.indiana.edu/~gvisser/gluex/fdc/
	At the moment just some raw plots, I'll try to find some time to add a few 
sentences of explanation. At least the waveform plots are self-explanatory.
	These are all very preliminary results taken with unofficial software in 
standalone operation.
