[Halld-tracking-hw] signal delays

Hi Lubomir,
	The y axis is in 14-bit ADC units, meaning that for the actual 12-bit ADC code 
0-4095 one should divide by 4.
	This can be scaled of course to Volts at the output of the shaper (FYI that 
runs from 0.5 to 2.5 V nominally for 0-4095 out from the ADC. But this is an 
inaccessible internal point, you don't actually have any reason to care about 
this. For *DC* input to the module it corresponds roughly to -220 mV to +220 mV 
*differential* on the input connector. But of course at other frequencies the 
gain is intentionally altered by the equalization and shaping filters. And of 
course it is altered by the cable itself!)
