[Halld-tracking-hw] Noryl parts are a go!

  Hi Tim,

   I just wanted to follow up my phone call that we are quite happy with all
the Noryl parts and the vendor should go ahead with production.

      On a related note, if there is any way that we could get a partial 
shipment
of the parts part-way through production, that would help us a great deal
in getting going. I planned to take on student labor to do a lot of the 
parts
checking, but with a three-week delay to parts, we are getting close to 
Thanks
giving and then the end of the semester. That would make it hard to get 
students
again until January.  Getting some parts in now lets me get students 
going on
things by early November.
