[Halld-tracking-hw] Preamp results with modified HVB

Hi Naomi,

That's great news. I suggest taking cosmics with the detector at 
different angles to see how the dynamic ranges compare (you may have 
already planned to do so) and how these scale. It would also be great if 
you could check the detector resolution measurements against the 
specifications.
