[Halld-tracking-hw] NO FDC meeting tomorrow 12/22

It's obvious, an FDC meeting tomorrow will not be very effective. Just a 
short update on this week status:

- Finally, the fourth cell (second package) is stable and the dark current 
went down significantly (~90nA). This is after replacing three wires and 
some additional cleaning. All channels were tested with a source and are 
working fine.

- While testing the fifth wire frame with a generator, on one of the 
channels we found no connectivity of a trace at the signal side between 
the vias near the 1M resistor and the signal connector. The trace runs in 
an inner layer, so it's not directly fixable. Anatoly and Dave soldered a 
wire between the resistor via and the pin on the connector and covered it 
with scotch weld.

- Tomorrow morning we will have the wire frame and the cathodes ready for 
the installation of the fifth cell.
