[Halld-tracking-hw] solder recommendations

Hi Curtis,

For your application, you can also use Kester 285 which non-corrosive, 
non-conductive and does not need cleaning. However, it can be readily 
cleaned with isopropyl or any simple flux remover (Vigon).
