[Halld-tracking-hw] FDC and CDC calibration and alignment

Hi Folks,

  As promised at yesterday's tracking meeting, I posted the notes Simon 
wrote up after our discussion on calibration and alignment last month to 
the wiki.

I reorganized the FDC page at the link below and added a section for 
"Calibration and Alignment".

I also added a new page to gather CDC Calibration/Alignment info that is 
linked to from the main CDC page here:

(this seemed to fit in better with the structure of the CDC wiki pages)
