[Halld-tracking-hw] NO FDC meeting tomorrow 5/24

There will be no FDC meeting this week. The GlueX collaboration meeting 
just finished where the current FDC progress was reported by me and Beni. 
Blue Crab team is working now on the fourth package: stringing the second 
last wire frame and also working on the last cathodes. As for the third 
package, last Thursday we fixed the top wire plane: as Dave predicted, 
two wires were not cut making short to the top cathode. After that we 
were flushing the package and the oxygen as of today is about 150ppm. 
Yesterday all the remaining top cell channels were tested and no problems 
were found. The plan is to continue with the flushing till Thursday or 
Friday till the oxygen levels out. Then we will take the package from the 
fixture and will start preparation for the fourth package installation.
