[Halld-tracking-hw] NO FDC+CDC meeting tomorrow 4/23/15

Hi all,

I decided to cancel the meeting this week (unless somebody objects), we 
expect to see the first beam later tonight and expect to be busy tomorrow. 
The FDC and CDC progress has been reported partially on other 
meetings.

I just wanted to show you the latest CO2 measurements - see  the plot 
attached. Last days the sensor was connected to the first FDC 
package and shows values of ~59%, very close to the nominal. The only 
change that I know of is the change of the CO2 gas factor from 0.77 to 
0.74.
