[Halld-tracking-hw] [New Logentry] Run with cosmic trigger

We took more data with the BCAL cosmic trigger; long run. All detectors except tagger crates were 
included. Beni provided new calibration for the CDC baseline. rocfdc7 crate  was excluded 
(some problems with fadc in slot 18)

run 20653 - 26 M events, took data for 12 hours (  raw mode for readout )
