[Halld-tracking-hw] Drift Chamber meeting Thu 09/22/16 1:30pm F326/327

Hi all,

I propose to have a  Drift Chamber meeting this week: tomorrow at 1:30pm 
in F326. We will be busy next week with JLab interviews one of which 
overlapping with the standard DC meeting time. I have new results to 
report on the CDC/FDC alignment.
