[Halld-tracking-hw] Drift Chamber meeting Thu April 5 at 2:00pm F326

Since I will be on a road somewhere, here is my contribution in advance:

I will bet an owl shift that the
synchrotron/compton/bonus-radiation-from-the-electron-beam is also the
cause of the variation of pedestal with phi which increases with beam
current.
It would be Great if we could reduce or eliminate this.

The CDC gain calibrations are done up to 41632.
